Agreement Statement
Terms and Conditions This agreement is between Client, Mr. JXYZ and
Lovemyseo Internet Marketing Company hereby employs Consultant to optimize the
as followed:
1. White Hat SEO Services: Consultant will only implement SEO practices that are within the Webmaster guidelines
recommended by each search engine (also known as White Hat SEO)
2. Payment: The Company shall pay all fees as described 300$/month+ additional fees, attached here to and a part
hereof. A late payment penalty of 1.5% will be imposed should client be late more than 15 days on current billing cycle.
Payment shall be made at Consultant’s address within 3-5 days of invoice or billed directly through Company credit card,
if on file. If payment is not brought up to date, and becomes 90 days past due, the account will be turned over to
Lovemyseo Collection Agency whereby the client shall be responsible for initial late payment fees (Minimum of 1.5% of
unpaid balance not to exceed 100% of unpaid balance) collection agency fees (not to exceed 25% in total) and if
Company fails to submit a payment or make all available efforts to satisfy the past due account. Consultant has the right
to cease further performance. Any fees for completed work will then be invoiced.
3. Requirements: Access via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or Content Management Suite (CMS) to all areas of the source
code of your website is required, including access to edit your Title tags, Meta description tags, Meta keywords tags and
body copywriting of your web pages.
4. Content Writing: Content writing will be on an as-needed basis for optimization purposes only and includes up to 12
pages based on the SEO technician’s recommendations and the amount of keywords to be optimized. Company has final
approval on all content edits. Any additional content that may be needed for SEO purposes can be supplied by the
Consultant for $200 per page.
5. Search Engine Submissions: Consultant will submit website to free search engines. Some search engines may
require a fee which would be the responsibility of the Company. Some Companies may have already paid for directory
listings prior to hiring Consultant. Therefore, a list of recommended engines will be provided to Company for approval
once Consultant verifies which Directories Company may need.
6. Monthly Reports: Deliverables include monthly search engine ranking reports.
7. Employees: Company, for a period of 2 years following the term of this Agreement, will not solicit or employ, directly or
indirectly, any person who has been an employee of Consultant.
8. Length of SEO Contract: This SEO agreement will be implemented minimum in 4 months period effective the date of this
signed document.
9. Contractual Agreement: This agreement may be terminated without notice and without refunding the Company on the
basis of intellectual property theft, inability of Company to meet web server and source code optimization requirements
(i.e. if the Consultant were constrained by use of a CMS or a web server that was not Search Engine friendly, the
Company website consisted of Flash or contains frames/layers,) and on the basis of verbal and/or written abuse of the
Consultant by the Company. Consultant is not responsible for the outcome if websites have downtime for one day or
more, websites that have been altered after they have been optimized by Consultant, websites that are cloned or have
been found to have duplicate content, or that do not use proper 301 redirects or robots.txt files.
10. Client can choose services of his/her choice in which total amount will be reduced if he/she wants less amount of features to be implemented
